Join the QC singers!!

The QC Singers, lead by Donna Hill, is the newest ensemble to join Queen City Performing Arts. Their first concert is November 15th and we are THRILLED to have them joining us.

Below, you’ll find everything you’ll want to know about auditioning to sing with the QC Singers!

Audition appointments are available:

August 8: 10am-2pm

Appointments are 15 minutes long and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you're interested, simply fill out the form to the left. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though your first choice may already be filled. If so, we'll work with you to find another appointment that fits your schedule.

What to Prepare

Please prepare one song that best showcases your voice.  

Choose a solo, a favorite hymn, or a song on your playlist that speaks to you. Singing an accompanied piece is preferred. An accompanist will be provided, you’ll need to provide sheet music for our accompanist.

Your audition will also include:

Vocal range exercises, pitch-matching exercises, a brief sight-reading exercise, and a conversation with our director about your musical background, your availability, and what you can expect as a member of QC Singers
